WHAT'S OUR PROCESS?
How do we make our videos?

Generally, we'll have a few ideas for a new project to choose from. Once the team picks one, we'll start figuring out the basics, like getting actors chosen, picking locations, developing the story, and writing a script. Once we have the script to a good point, we'll start filming.

Usually, when we're filming a video series, we don't fully write the script for the next episode until we've finished the current one. That allows us to adapt the next episode if any challenges arise.

The filming process usually involves breaking the video down into chunks that we can film in 2-3 hours each, and then scheduling days that work for everyone.

After we've finished filming, I usually edit and produce the entire video. I'll arrange the footage in sequence, add music, and create any needed titles or graphics. Then I'll upload the video to the channel.

How do we solve problems?

Because we're a team of young adults with busy schedules, problems arise quite frequently. How do we handle them when they happen?

Since I'm usually the one coordinating the project, the first thing I'll do is make sure I understand why the problem is occurring. Otherwise, it's much harder to find a solution that will actually be effective.

Then I try to assess the available options, analyzing them from best to worst. Throughout this process I'll communicate with anyone else involved in the project, getting their opinions as well.

Finally, we'll come to a decision on which option seems to be the best overall, and go with that one. Even if we don't necessarily solve the problem, since that might not be possible depending on the problem, we'll at least find a way to work around it.
